This was the original time of my flight leaving Atlanta to Chicago OHara. The flight attendant took my carry-on to store as cabin was full. My united Express claim luggage number UA 7016 242050. Plane left gate only to return after sitting on the plane for an hour due to the weather in Chicago. Flight attendant stated that we should leave luggage on as we would be leaving on same airplane as soon as it was clear to fly. I missed the flight as the gate number changed and I did not hear the gate change.I finally got to Chicago around 7:30 p.m. I stood in line for two hours to file a baggage claim only to be told that I should wait until I get to my final destination to file a claim. My final destination was Springfield, Illinois. Springfield stated that I should have filed my claim in Chicago and they could not help me. I just want by bag. Hopefully you will be able to locate and return to me. My name and address is located on my carry on. Thanks |
