My employee and I had two separate bags with souvenirs for our children purchased at Dulles. Both plastic bags were tucked into a single brown paper bag with handles. Due many delays for our flight we missed our connecting flight and we were rebooked on a flight leaving Friday which we could not accept. I believe that employee Timothy Ringrose had the bag in hand as we traveled from the United Airlines customer support, to Baggage Claim Support, and to Baggage Claim 7 it is possible that he left the bag on the plane. Stopping at a mens room along the way, and a vendor stand across from the Baggage Claim area. My bag contained to Lego planes wpilots, a presidential car, a bookmark, and chocolates. We realized that he didnt have the bag when we had picked up the rental car and had just exited the airport area. Im hopeful that some kind soul has turned in the bag. I will gladly pay shipping to have the items shipped to my home address. |
