1. Took a flight on British AirAmerican from Czech Republic to Heathrow. 2nd flight was Heathrow to OHare Chicago. Went through immigration check using global entry. Retrieved luggage. Then went to American Airlines terminal2. The I-Pad was left in a bin at security check on our way to American Airlines flight AA2938from OHare to Madison Wisconsin. Global Entry was NOT honored at that checkpoint and my husband and I, both of whom have global entrytsa approved status, and both are over 70 years of age, had to empty all items, including shoes and ipad into bins. |

Why was global entry not honored at this particular check point I woould also suggest that the agent processing the AA2938 flight be trained to be more helpful. We counld not go back to the security check as our plane to Madison ws just about to leave and he offered no help, couldnt make a phonecall to security check point, had no suggestion that we contact lost and found.The good news is that TSA was most efficient and helpful at every other checkpoint.Thank you for your attention, rochelle abramson |
