||On the flight was sitting in seat number 16A - saw it in my bag as I opened my bag to get a sweet out for landing. My 74 year old sister was travelling with me - I am 69 years old - and she had great trouble walking to the plane at Edinburgh Airport, so we were told that a wheelchair would be arranged at Heathrow. This was very kind of the plane Manager to organize for us. We managed to leave the plane and my sister was in the wheelchair. I was carrying my coat and her coat, my handbag and pulling my case. I found it difficult to keep up with the person pushing - as I have angina - so was not really paying full attention to my carrying load. He pushed the wheelchair right through and met my Husband and Grandson who were taking us home to Southampton. He continued to push on into the car park, and right up to the car. This was floor 3. This was extremely helpful as on my own could never have managed to push.
